FORMER TEAM MEMBERS

Dr. Karl Ernst Ambrosch was acting as the ERA Chair Holder for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) at the University of Žilina, Slovak Republic, until 30 September 2017. Dr. Ambrosch worked for several universities as well as in industry and SMEs. During the last decades his main interest was to convert knowledge into commercially used systems and products. He was leading the largest non-university research company for energy and mobility in Austria, arsenal research, from 2008 to 2012. Since 2001 Dr. Ambrosch has been working in international standardisation of Intelligent Transport Systems and since 2011 he has been the convenor of the Austrian standardisation committee for ITS, mirroring CEN TC278 and ISO TC204. ambrosch
Dr. Dietrich Leihs worked for ERAdiate from September 2015 to January 2017. Dr. Leihs is an expert in Intelligent Transportation Systems who played several roles in industrial technology, academia, education & research as well as public administration and the institutional environment. His activities focus on Urban transport, the mitigation of air pollutants and greenhouse gases, creating and distributing traffic information. leihs
Dr. Veronika Šramová joined the ERAdiate team from June to December 2017 to support business development activities. She is working in business incubation activities at the Center for Technology Transfer (Incubator) within the University Science Park of the University of Žilina. sramova
MgA. Paulína Böhmerová joined the ERAdiate team in May-June 2018 and contributed to ERAdiate and MoTiV projects by supporting research activities, assisting in the preparation of project proposals, and monitoring the quality of project outputs and reports. Previously, she worked as National Contact Point for Horizon 2020, and project manager with the Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information (CVTI SR). Paulína was charged with heading the Re-Industrialisation of the European Union 2016 conference and served as the Slovak expert in Nanotechnologies, Advanced Materials, Biotechnology and Advanced Manufacturing and Processing during the Slovak presidency of the Council of the EU.
Pietro Faes Belgrado joined the ERAdiate team as Intern from September to November 2017, with the purpose to complete his MSc thesis “Electric Mobility in the Energy Framework: Evaluating the predictability of the future energy consumption”.

Visiting Researchers

MSc. Aleksandar Karadimce is a research and teaching assistant at slikathe University of Information Science and Technology “St. Paul the Apostle” – Ohrid, Macedonia. In the framework of COST Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSM), he visited the University Science Park (ERAdiate) from 12/3/2018 to 10/4/2018 within the context of the COST Action CA15212.
